What we collect
- Reservation and enquiry details — the name, contact details, date, time, party size and any notes you send us through the booking form on the Visit page or by email.
- Accommodation enquiries — the details you send when asking about the penthouse or the apartment.
- Basic technical information — standard data your browser sends when loading pages, such as approximate location and device type, used to keep the site working and secure.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, hold your table, arrange a stay, and keep records of bookings. We only send you messages about something you asked us about, unless you have separately agreed to hear from us.
Who else is involved
This website is built and hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides the hosting and infrastructure that serves these pages. Map and font services may be loaded by your browser when you view certain pages. We do not sell your information, and we share it with others only where we need to in order to run the restaurant and the stays, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is useful for running the business and meeting our record-keeping obligations, and then remove it. If you would like your details removed sooner, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mr.fitzrestaurant@gmail.com and we will respond personally. Cookie choices are explained in our cookie policy, and you can change them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
