Using this website

The content on this site — menus, prices, photographs and descriptions — is provided for information. Dishes depend on the daily catch and market prices, so availability and prices can change without notice. Fish sold by weight is charged at the price shown on the menu or quoted by your server on the day.

You may browse, print and share pages for personal use. Photographs, text and the Mr Fitz crest remain our property and may not be reused commercially without our written permission.

Reservations

• A reservation request sent through this website is an enquiry. Your table is confirmed once we reply by phone or email.
• Please let us know as early as you can if your plans change, or if your party size changes.
• We hold tables for a short grace period. If we have not heard from you we may release the table to other guests.
• For large groups or special occasions we may agree separate arrangements with you in advance.

Allergens and dietary needs

Allergen codes shown on our menu are a guide. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, crustaceans and molluscs, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free from traces. Always tell your server about allergies or intolerances before ordering so we can advise you properly.

Mr Fitz Accommodation

Enquiries about the penthouse or the apartment are handled directly by us. Booking terms — including dates, rates, deposits, check-in details and cancellation arrangements — are confirmed with you in writing before your stay. Guests are asked to treat the properties and neighbours with care; damage beyond normal wear may be charged.

Some pages link to other services, such as map providers or review platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites — their own terms apply.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits any rights you have under Maltese consumer law.
